Guide confidence: Layout notes reflect v3.0.0 launch coverage (Santorini-style blue/white streets) plus early lobby scouting. Spot labels use Needs Retest where prop density may still shift — send corrections via Contact.
The official Greece stage (added in v3.0.0) is a bright outdoor street map: white plaster, deep blue trim, stair alleys, and cafe/plaza sightlines. Hiders win on shutter and alley depth; seekers win when they scan open white walls for roughness mismatches and over-bright glow.
1. Map overview
| Role | Advantage |
|---|---|
| Hider | Repeating blue shutters + stair shadows break silhouettes; alley depth is strong |
| Seeker | High-contrast white plaster makes matte/gloss mismatches obvious in daylight |
Prefer Greece over heavy Workshop maps on low-end PCs once shaders are warm — see Low-End PC Settings.
2. Confirmed hider spots (early scout)
Spot 1: Blue shutter stack (Needs Retest → Verified in most lobbies)
- Location: Cafe / residential shutter lines along the main street
- Paint: Sample shutter blue · roughness 0.6–0.8 · no glow
- Pose: Wall-Flat or Corner-Squeeze aligned to shutter rails
- Why it works: Seekers over-index on plaza whites; shutters read as “furniture.”
Spot 2: Stair alley mid-landing
- Location: Between-building stair wells off the plaza
- Paint: Warm stone / plaster mid-tone from the landing wall · roughness ~0.9
- Pose: Sit or Curl on the mid step shadow line
- Why it works: Vertical cameras miss mid-landings when seekers rush rooftops.
Spot 3: Rooftop dome / trim ledge (high risk)
- Location: Upper terrace near blue dome or roof trim
- Paint: White plaster with very slight cool tint · optional glow ≤15% only if a real lamp is adjacent
- Pose: Curl / Wall-Flat on the ledge lip
- Why it works: Late-round only — early whistle seekers look up fast. Rotate down if audio closes.
3. Paint notes (v2.9.0 glow still matters)
Greece’s white plaster is a trap for glow paint. Treat it like Hotel marble:
- Sample on-site with the eyedropper — do not bring “default white.”
- Use glow paint only next to real emissives (signs, lamps, screens).
- Blue shutters want matte, not metallic chrome.
- If you look overexposed: Paint Bug White Glow.
4. Seeker sweep (4 phases)
[Phase 1: Plaza / cafe fronts] → [Phase 2: Shutter & stair alleys] → [Phase 3: Interiors / shops] → [Phase 4: Rooftops & dome trim]
- Plaza: Collision-check cafe chairs and open white walls for flat blobs.
- Shutters / stairs: Flashlight specular on blue rails; walk every alley mid-landing.
- Interiors: Quick shop / doorway clears if present on your build.
- Roofs: Look-up pass on dome trim and terrace lips after whistle pressure rises.
Use the Seeker Checklist Greece preset when voice chat gets chaotic.
5. Lobby settings
| Players | Seekers | Note |
|---|---|---|
| 4 | 1 | Plaza pressure is high — give hiders 10s extra prep |
| 6 | 2 | Split plaza vs alleys |
| 8 | 2–3 | Third seeker owns roofs late |
