What to write about
- Corrections: a step no longer works after a patch
- Map tips: new hider spots or seeker routes with pose / paint notes
- Privacy: analytics or data questions (also covered in our Privacy Policy)
- Partnerships: affiliate or tool partnerships — say so in the subject line
What we cannot help with
- Official refunds, bans, or Steam account recovery — contact Steam Support
- Developer feature requests — use the official Steam discussions
- Urgent live-match tech support — we publish guides; we do not staff a 24/7 helpdesk
